If you are wondering where the name came from, here’s the heart of it: Dean is the middle name I share with my Granny. She was my favourite person on the planet - equal parts warm, witty, and wonderfully practical. She taught me how to show up for people, how to find joy in the small things, and how to do everything with a mix of intention and a little feistiness. Naming my company after her felt like the perfect way to keep her close and build something that reflects the best of who she was.

At Dean + Co., I blend that same spirit; care, clarity, and a dash of fun, with years of hands-on experience in operations, marketing, and project management. I help growing businesses get organized, get visible, and move forward without burning out or getting stuck in chaos.
